Opening a food cart during a pandemic. Terrible idea or the perfect time?

I bought a class 4 cart today. It's nice but rustic. Still haven't decided if opening a food cart during this is a great idea. I could just do some work to the cart and flip it but I really like the idea of finally taking the leap to owner operator. I have 20 years in kitchens so I have experience creating menus and costing. I've just never done it by myself before.
